    This might happen because you’re in a no network zone and your phone is not able to receive OTP. This might also happen if you are entering incorrect mobile number or otp while registering.

  2. I did not get the OTP, what should I do?arrow_drop_down

    Please check the inbox to see if you received any message from us.If not, please check the network connection and try again. This usually will not take more than 30 seconds, depending upon carrier.

    Go to your Settings and select Edit Account. Select the option Change Number and complete the process.

    Pantepic is completely free.

    Yes, messages and media can be sent to both individuals and groups all at once.

  6. Does the app reduce the quality of the media when sent to individuals or group?arrow_drop_down

    While media will experience compression during delivery, we also ensure that quality is not impacted to a high extent.

  7. What time zone should I consider while sending time delay message?arrow_drop_down

    Time delay messages are based on your device’s time zone.

  8. How does time delay chat work?arrow_drop_down

    Clicking on the clock icon presents you with the steps on how to schedule a message. Click ‘OK’ to proceed.Select a future date and time and the type of message you wish to send. Once completed your message is scheduled to be sent.

    All media, profile pictures, and messaging history are stored, however, when using Secret Chat, media and messaging will be deleted once delivered to the recipient.

    Undelivered messages are stored for users to send when they next use Pantepic.
